Common questions

What languages does Readkin support?

Readkin translates articles into Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, French, English (简体中文, Español, Tiếng Việt, 한국어, 日本語, Français, English).

Is Readkin free?

Yes — the free plan includes 10 translated articles per month. Sign in with your email; no password or credit card needed.

Does my family need an account or app?

No. The translated article is a regular web link that opens in any browser — no app, account, or sign-up needed for readers.

How do I share a translated article?

Paste the article URL, pick a language, and Readkin gives you a clean reading link you can send in WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, or any chat app.

Why does a reading page sometimes show only an excerpt?

Readkin honors machine-readable licenses and rights-holder requests. When a source declares a license that forbids translated adaptations, or its publisher has asked Readkin not to translate it, the page shows a short translated excerpt with a prominent link to the original.
